Peanut Butter Pumpkin Dip

I’ve been meaning to put this recipe up for a while! This is one of my favorite fall treats because it's:

- So easy

- So delicious

- And it gets you in the feeling of fall!

Peanut Butter Pumpkin Dip Ingredients:

1 can pumpkin puree

1/2 cup peanut butter (all natural & sugar free)

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together & eat it! Seriously, it's that simple.

I recommend eating it with apple slices, pretzel sticks or graham crackers.

Health Benefits

This snack has healthy fat, fiber, and protein to keep blood sugar stable & The Health Benefits of pumpkin are rich!

Pumpkin is loaded with Vitamin A, which gives it that nice orange color. Vitamin A is great for eye health & immune system, but it’s also fat-soluble. The healthy fat in this recipe comes from the peanut butter!

Did you know that 1 cup of pumpkin contains 16% of your daily value of potassium? (That's more than bananas, weighing in at 9%).

Pumpkin also has vitamin C & a few other antioxidants, alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and beta-cryptoxanthin, which help fight off free radicals. Eat all the pumpkin while you can!
